Tour packages do not include airfare.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

All cancellation requests must be in writing, and are in effect (24) hours after the date they reach our office. In the event cancellation of a booking is requested less than (60) days prior to arrival, the cancellation fees will be charged according to the following schedule.

HOTELS

All hotels are deluxe three star or above. All rooms come with private facilities (bath or shower). All hotel taxes and service charges are included.

TRANSFERS

As specified in itineraries, including meeting, assistance and porterage.

MEALS

As specified in the description of each tour.

TOURS AND SIGHTSEEING

By luxurious air-conditioned motor-coaches and guided by professional licensed English speaking guides.

SEQUENCE OF ITINERARY

Sequence of events and places visited may change from the order shown due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

CHILDREN’S DISCOUNT

Available on request.

NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE

Airfares, (unless indicated), airport taxes, passport and visa fees, laundry services, phone calls, beverages, meals not indicated in the itinerary, all gratuities of any kind (which are at your discretion), items of a personal nature, excess baggage and baggage handling, optional tours in addition to those listed in the itinerary. Alternate tours may be substituted for those listed in the itinerary per request, though additional fees may apply.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Any physical, or mental disability requiring special attention or treatment must be noted at time of reservation. The Tour Operator and/or its representatives reserve the right to exclude such passengers, unless prior approval for their participation has been obtained from all parties.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Protect your investment. Insurance to cover cancellation charges, trip interruption, etc., is highly recommended, and is available through Orbitz at the time of flight booking, or through your preferred flight ticketing service.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations through our online service require a deposit (see reservations and deposits). For group reservations, child tickets or special arrangements, please email us at reservations@romancingeurope.com.

RATES

All rates are subject to change without notice due to increases imposed by hotel and tour operators, currency fluctuation and fuel surcharges.

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person, per package, is required to secure reservation. Balance of payment is due (45) days prior to arrival. Bookings received less then (45) days prior to arrival must be accompanied by full payment. For bookings received less than (14) days prior to arrival an additional $25 will be charged for special handling.

TIPS/TAXES/ENTRANCE FEES

All taxes except for airfare and airport taxes are included. Entrance fees to Museums and Archaeological sites are included. Tips to staff, guides and drivers are not included, and are at your discretion.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Participants must be in possession of a valid passport and visas where necessary (Americans do not need Visas for a stay shorter than 90 days in Poland).

RESPONSIBILITY

Romancing Europe LLC, hereafter called the tour operator and /or their representatives act only as agents for transportation companies and other companies. The responsibility of the tour operator and / or their representatives is limited. The tour operators and / or their agents will not accept any responsibility in the event of damage, loss, accident, illness, delay or other irregularity due to defects in any vehicle used for transportation or the fault or default of any company or person employed in the organization of the transportation. The tour operators and / or their representatives will not accept any responsibility for extra cost due to delay, changes or any other reason. The tour operators and/or their representatives are not responsible for any consular, political or military complications created voluntarily or involuntarily by the passengers or any other person. The operators cannot be held responsible for any fault or default or negligence by hotel owner or his employees. The tour operators reserve the right to decline, to accept or retain any person and to change or cancel the tours, if necessary, for any reason. The airline tickets shall, when issued, constitute to the sole contract between the passenger and the airline. The airline is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event, when the passengers are not on board its aircraft. Any deposit will represent acceptance of the above mentioned conditions.
